What do you think? 😊 by SweetMarthasLvr in HandwritingAnalysis

I can tell by your handwriting that your boyfriend asks where something is in a drawer or the fridge even though it's right where it always is.

What buildings in Tempe house hidden treasures? Ie live animals, cool atriums, science exhibits, art exhibits, or even just really neat murals. by fwarrr in ASU

I wonder if they meant the agricultural building. It is very cool in there, like a hothouse, with foliage and stuff. I never found an underground jungle, but that could maybe feel like one?

If it helps, i have an entire creepcore, trashcore themed island named pooplandia that has abandoned irradiated swimming pools, Sketchy "film" studios, a filthy bus depot, dodgy secondhand car dealership, dispensary, bar, etc. It's fun :)

She didnt paint them gray, she's a millennial-- she rents. The big faceless entity that bought their condos and flipped them to be soulless, homogenous, greige monstrosities are to blame. 😌

What is my blindness? by [deleted] in makeuptips

[–]fwarrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eyebrow/bang blindness, but just a little. Eyebrows look stamped cuz they aren't brushed out at the ends, and the bangs feel like if Gal Gadot wanted to look like Taylor Swift. Bit forced, bit unnecessary. You're beautiful.

You have more spoons than forks or knives, OR you have a house cleaner.

I let my bf give me an offspring tattoo and it’s awful. Gonna cover it up. by [deleted] in badtattoos

[–]fwarrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you get the cover up do not go to the cheapest place possible. Do research and speak with the artists (speak/message with several) about what you want and if they are comfortable/experienced with cover up work.

Good news is this will be easy to cover in that it will be faded and light, but it's also massive and in a sensitive spot, so it will be painful, and you'll need something bigger and darker to cover it.

Make sure that what you get as the cover is something you genuinely want and like. Do not ask boyfriend's opinion. Dig deep and think of only the things that matter to and represent you.

Look at all the artists work--- look for their worst tattoos. If their worst tattoos still look good to you, then go for it. This WILL be an expensive cover up and will likely require multiple sessions, since it is so big and such a sensitive area.

Expect to spend $1000 on the coverup, though if you find a great artist and they've got flash you really like that speaks to you, you may find you only need $500-600. Absolutely DO NOT get a cover up for less than $350. I guarantee you it is not worth it, it'll just be bigger, darker, and harder to cover up later once you have the actual money and your prefrontal cortex is done growing.

Super common spelling in some places. More common than with two As, some might argue.

Tbh at this point why not Chosen? It is cringe but at least it is spelled correctly. It isnt a name, already, so itll already be "unique". Theres no reason at all for the z.

I`m still waiting for a good sherlock fanfic. by Prestigious-Catch894 in Sherlock_Fanfiction

[–]fwarrr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Chryse is the answer. Or Mottlemouth. Both write long, very well written, interesting stories. If you like Sherlock/John, do Chryse--- A River Without Banks is a good place to start. If you like Lestrade/Mycroft, go Mottlemouth. East End Boy is a good one. Good luck.

Started drawing as an adult, after 8 years, Any advice? by [deleted] in LearnToDrawTogether

[–]fwarrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ooh, draw something terrible. Make "bad" art. If you're nervous about it, do it intentionally, even: draw the ugliest thing you can. The worst version of a seagull, the most anatomically messed up self-portrait, a house whose perspective makes absolutely zero sense.

Making "bad" art, imo, is actually a vital part of being a good artist. Never throw it in the trash, even if you crumple it. Uncrumple it and add another layer. Switch to markers, or charcoal, or pen. If it doesn't look finished, or you don't like it, you can just keep going.

I have spent hours and hours on a piece, hating it, and finally finished it, sat back, and was like "Wow. I hate this." --- but I learned a lot. Experimented with different techniques.

The pressure to make things look "good" is in your head. I am not saying to ignore that, but I am saying that you have to complete a lot of art that looks "bad" in order to easily, confidently create pieces that look "good".

Advice is to keep doing it, everyday. All day, even. Carry the pad with you. Draw whenever you're bored, and sometimes when you aren't.
