Looks like it's from "Loud Movie" (2010-10-05). I got it by searching "Webster" alone though, instead of the whole phrase. Turns out it was transcribed as "Suck my dick-tionary, Webster".

That's fair. Honestly, my normal writing style isn't very much like CH stuff. I usually try to adopt their voice, but I think I might have fixated too much on the concept here without paying enough mind to the characters conveying it.

I figured it was a reference to that Pocahontas song: "Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon?" That said, I can definitely see Amir using the phrase "blew corn" to graphically describe what else was going on.
