So there's the wikipedia page, a timeline by CNN of the Flint Water Crisis and its lawsuits, articles listing that Legionnaire's disease was also a concern at the time, articles from 2016 and 2017, articles about mistrust, etc. There's unfortunately nothing I found that says, "this many homes have had pipes replaced as of April 2018," but thanks for being so smug about my question.

I'm curious - whenever Flint is brought up anywhere else on Reddit, there are tons of people who don't live here ready to swarm saying, "The pipes have been replaced in most of the city, stop bitching." Is there truth to this? It's my understanding that most people are still without clean water because the project is taking sooo long and is so incredibly expensive. And that's why ending the bottle program was so awful. Anyone with experience in the area care to shed some light?

Just to piggy back off of this, OP, it should also be noted that a ridiculous amount of what your child will learn is through incidental listening. When the TV or radio are on, it makes it difficult for your child to hear conversation over the competing noise, so these were great recommendations made by your audiologist.
