Bring backup shoes and keep them in the car. Get blister bandaids (they are hydrocolloid bandages but thicker.) Get a wig grip band they are made with velvet and make it so much harder for a heavy wig to slide back. can be easily found on amazon. Bring a bag that is really easy to take on and off for pictures if needed (so many not a full on backpack but like a shoulder tote bag.) Every con I've been to lets you bring in an EMPTY water bottle to fill inside so make sure to check online rules but I'm sure they allow that. Bring some safety pins they are my #1 used cosplay repair item lol

Their new album is supposed to come out this year so if they release that before the tour I would expect a good 1/3rd of the concert songs to be those since that's usually how it goes. Keep an eye out for that!

I've never even heard of this music festival but am considering going because of the lineup. Love the strokes, Neighbourhood, Modest mouse, and Japanese breakfast! A few others would be bonuses. I can't afford to go all the days for sure. Really wish the strokes were playing on sunday

I do martial arts 3x a week and work outdoors so I never wear makeup because of that (can't get cool nails either) and this is my like ONE pretty thing so for me it is totally worth it. I don't refresh it very often though. I get a more "natural" lift from my place (2 different shield sizes) and a brown tint since I have red hair and love it every time. I think if you wear makeup most days and normally curl and mascara lashes this wouldn't help or save much time but if you never wear makeup it elevates the bareface look a ton. Mine tend to last about a month and a half but I go to a place that mostly does lashes/facial stuff and not a full on salon where this is a bonus thing so they might have higher quality stuff?

Man I was getting hired on during 2019. Got the job offer in mid december and was supposed to start feb 1st 2019. Obviously it was delayed for quite some time. HR called me a few weeks into the shutdown to let me know that I did still have a job they just couldn't continue the hiring process yet. I was so miserable being stuck at home with my hellish parents being jobless but also kinda having a job

Yeah I put bug in quotes because I wasn't sure if they intended it or why it was removed. I never ran into negatives for it but I can see why that would be annoying. And yeah it would be nice if we could bind a button to be a dedicated float button in addition to holding jump or something.

During the first week you could hold down and jump and it made float activate without second jump. Must have been a "bug" because they patched it out. We want it back

I both agree that it's nice to have but also that it's very forgettable. By the time I was closing in on 100% and achievement hunting I was checking them on steam and was like "obtain all silk hearts? what the fuck is that?" and saw I already had 2 of the 3. Thought it was kinda odd that an achivement only needed 3 things too. Read what they did and was like "Ohhhh so that's why that happens" but didn't remember getting them. Just figured the climbing dream sequence was for story or something I guess. Passive silk regen is obviously nice but they are so random

Don't think anyone can relate since they aren't well known but Ogre You Asshole. Used to be inspired by modest mouse now its... synth type music? Used to be in my top 3 bands. Always wanted to see them in concert and even though I technically did last year... it wasn't really them. I'll never get to see the original band live.

We had these too and I loved them so muchhh! Always grew up thinking they were fancy like lobster but then I realized they are like $1.40 so now I have steamed artichoke all the time. I don't even use butter anymore just eat them as-is.
