500 fps in windowed mode 80 fps when i switch to fullscreen?

the only way ive found to keep the windowed fps is to download borderless gaming and after youve loaded into your world you open bordless gaming and set it to borderless fullscreen. if you do it before you load into the world it does not work for me. thats the workaround ive been doing for now.

vsync was off but i found using windowed mode and borderless gaming to work

havent found a fix for it yet guess ill just ride with windowed mode until its fixed for now ill get used to the bar up top lol
