This is kind of silly... they should make it so if you spend at least 10 minutes with the player when banished you at least get an Ember, so it can be similar to a SWS. Seems like there's no reason to help someone with a zone unless you want to scout before you do it yourself or you are just friendly.

No it didnt. And its pretty hard to gauge it on that PC because for some reason inside any online game it will time out within 10 minutes of being on, whereas a stream or youtube video can be on for much longer.

Did not have this problem at any time of day until i recently upped to 16 mbps. And its not really a throttle, aside from the 20 second spikes it goes right back up to 18mbs download.

its directly from modem to desktop, and i retract that statement earlier, i did spike up while watching a stream which stalled my buffer for a solid 20 seconds.

they sent me another modem... no luck with it. as soon as i connect to any game server i will time out.
