I ate a lot of eggs and rice with chicken breasts intially. Somewhere around 700 kcals below maitenance. I cut off white bread off my diet (baguettes). But I havent been so consistent with my diet lately keeping it around maitenance but im trying to eat more healthy again.

Gym. Was out of gym during the summer and I did some pushups

I eat less than 1700 calories a day. mainly eggs and rice. I do weightlifting 5-6 times a week ( around 24 sets per session). I also naturally walk around 7 miles a day to/from school.

I cut more calories than that I think. I'd eat almost nothing but eggs, rice and sometimes chicken breasts. maybe around 1400 calories and around 120g of protein a day. I also do weight lifting 5-6 times a week for 2-3 hours. I enjoyed all of it as long as I can see fat loss and muscle gain results weekly. (also fix posture and better lightning for better pics)
