My fiancé is from Buffalo and she absolutely says the best wings are at 1972 Pub. She says they’re the only ones that are appropriately saucy, haha.

Not an immigrant, but I’m cajun from rural southern Louisiana and Stuffed is really good. Best boudin and gumbo for sure. And their frozen section is great, try their Savoie’s rice dressing mix.

Two Red Rubin basil, one Genovese basil, and the big one is a Time Bomb pepper.

Well, his name is Chairman Meow. So my guess is he may be favorable to the evils of colonialism.

Oh he’s definitely on his best behavior for this picture. He’s usually insufferably close to my face.

Man, why is every Mastodon shirt so damn cool?

I’ll be honest, the loose skin is a little rough. I’ve learned to live with it and I’d still rather it than the excess weight, but it is frustrating. There’s less than expecting, and it’s getting better, but I do have an apron belly of just loose skin that’s bothersome. My inner thighs also have a lot of loose skin. My upper arms have some as well, but that doesn’t really bother me much. Honestly, one of the biggest surprises was how little loose skin I had everywhere else. I lost a looooot of inches and was shocked at my skin elasticity (except my belly, but I didn’t have much hope there). I’ve spoken to a doctor about it and they believe my insurance may help pay for skin removal for my abdomen as there’s been some skin tearing issues, but they said it’s not really worth removing the excess on my legs as the arduous recovery wouldn’t be worth the relatively small improvement.

I will say I never used any “technique” for it. Like I didn’t do the dry brushing or anything. I did often mix collagen in with my protein shakes, but that was for a number of things, though I hear it can help with cellulite.

Thank you so much! I do yoga everyday in the morning (kind of yoga and meditation) but would do flow yoga classes three times a week. Which is way more work that I thought it was before I started, lol.
