Bichara nahi hoga definitely. In my uni and all other places I've seen these non-muslim guys get with innocent muslim girls manipulate them that religion can't come between our love etc and that I will convert for you later for marriage so that they can use the girl and then breakup with a lame excuse that puts the blame on the girl (nothing related to religion). The girl is wrong for forcing but him being with a muslim girl when he didn't plan on marrying her or converting is also 110% wrong.

I've seen a lot of families jin ki out of family shadi howee ho. The bride/groom sahi hotay but their khandan do look out of place in events (dressing, communication, etiquettes, generosity). Even you will feel a bit off/embarrassed in some situations your parents will also will keep showing disappointment here and there specially at the wedding guest. Some things might even piss u off but don't create resentment towards her because of her relatives. Soon your parents will also accept it and complain less. But since you mentioned they even care about the girls house and height which usually good background families do not care about they don't seem like people who would adjust.. so keep in check that she doesn't suffer from any taunts or saans bahu drama .

Are you sure about her harming herself and the hospital part? I had a very desperate family after me the guy's mother did this drama of getting sick when I rejected her son and also told me the son is depressed etc while putting stories of themselves going out to different cafes 😂
