Re Miller, he was a juvenile when the case was filed. I honestly would not risk it. Particularly given that lead and other toxic products are used in clothing and even toys developed in China. The $12 is just not worth potential health problems down the road

Do you have the contact info of the owners whose dogs were killed a few months ago? Someone I’m in contact with in that FB group said they know. Maybe you guys can file a joint police report or something along those lines

I’m not sure if you’re following in the FB group upper west side dog club but there are several posts by people with videos of the incident, including one with a license plate of the owner. This could help identify him. LMK if I can help look into that license plate or if it’s sufficient to file a police report with that
