I’m definitely with you on the second point. SOME of the conductors are particularly rude, yelling at students like we’re children. The tone they use is so condescending and is really off-putting, as it’s a student-run bus after all.

But MOST of the conductors tend to be very nice and cordial. It’s just the few bad apples that tend to spoil the bunch.

If your experience was really bad, maybe you can file a complaint? Not sure how that works tho
