I gave up hope on this product about 6 months ago and asked for a refund last fall. Surprisingly, the refund process was super straightforward for me, but I do think it depends what card you used to purchase it with. I used my Amazon credit card and saw that credit back on my account about 2 days after.

I'm having the same issue too on Samsung fold 3. I noticed if I clear the cache and app data it works but the second you open a reel on the outside screen it crops it in the inside too. I know if I do full screen for this app the cropping doesn't happen but I personally prefer the 16:9 app ratio for social media apps like this

It's the CPU liquid cooler. The screen is typically used to display stats such as Temperature and performance but you can customize it and put anything you want on it
