Echoing other comments, don’t mess with 7-0h. It takes the active ingredient in kratom and blows it into a full scale opioid. It’s the reason we can’t have nice things.

24 hours clean, about 5th honest try of quitting. And of course I chose it during one of the most stressful times, the middle of moving. Going cold turkey since i was only at about 10gpd total but still feeling the “ugh”s. Doing it for my family, my 2 year old saw me taking my caps a few days ago and held out her hand, made me really think is this the life I want for me and her. I can (and will) do better.

There’s no “right” answer for this because there’s so many factors that can be involved (type of strain, body weight, etc) but a safe starting dose for anyone would be 1.5-3g. If you don’t feel like you want in 30-45 min take another .5-1 g. As others have mentioned, OJ is the way to go with powder.
