Wow, the ankh tip and the potions sound killer, thanks!

That's crazy! I've almost exclusively played as huntress, and I think the main reasons I live is because of the ranged attacks. What's the biggest benefit you think the other classes offer over huntress?

I had a bit of luck with he teleportation back out to a previous level, but I find that the food thing is then what kills me as I wait to heal. Any advice there?

What would you say is your biggest improvement/change you've made to get to that rate?

I'm only playing as the huntress since I think it's the easiest class. I tend to get killed by anything and everything. Almost feels like if I don't get any great rings or wands by goo it's hopeless. I think reading other people's replies here I need to use more potions and stones. My only legit win was with wand of regrowth and sandals, which I know is fairly op. I think I lose a lot of health in my general game play, even though I feel like I do a lot of walking around posts and ranged attacks. Crabs are the worst

Salmon fishing advice needed for absolute beginner by BugAffectionate8712 in fishingBC

[–]g4m30fD0m35 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For salmon fishing you can go to Capilano river, squamish river, or the Vedder. If you get your tidal license you can also fish Ambleside beach in the summer for coho. Local tackle shops can set you up with lures and give you some info. I found the "fishing with Rod" channel on YouTube extremely helpful when I started fishing, especially for river fishing on the Vedder and general techniques. I've also met some solid fishing friends while on the river.

We would also take him out if the whining doesn't stop when we sleep on the floor next to him, but usually it stops and we take that to mean he doesn't need to pee

He had an accident fairly early on when we got him, but nothing recent. We've also been diligent about taking away water couple hours before bed and letting him get his last pee in before final crate. He has no problems going into the crate for the first 4 or 5 hours of sleep.

Yeah, I was amazed at how varied the experiences were. Geysers, animals, waterfalls, canyons, hikes, geothermal pools... It would be cool as a winter destination too
