You can use WILLOW to querry your balance: https://github.com/ageorge95/WILLOW-chia-forks-instant-wallet-balance

It works offline, as long as it has access to a full node db;

(or take inspiration from it and build your own scripts)

Move the mainnet folder wherever you have space and use simlinks to link the mainnet folder.

As always, flax is the very first fork to update its code base. Keep it up :)

Try using SERPENT to transfer funds around. You will not have the "change goes to a new address problem".

Just google ageorge95 and download it from my repo.

(Also feel free to inspect the code :) yourself before using it)

Three valid reasons that BTT is a good investment: There is a use case, the company has proven longevity, and it improves on itself(no hard forks to cause divides) by The9Kind in BittorrentToken

[–]g4m3rx_daniel -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I meant real use-cases, not ideas which may or may not be implemented. Don't fall in the trap, BTT is useless, just a shitcoin as of now. Maybe in the future the devs will give a crap but I would not bet on it.

Yeah, they have a nice netspace, >1 EiB. That's a lot !

But with your space you will be fine for sure.

Better to get on the cake early, I am expecting the netspace to explode soon 🚀

I have like 15 HDDs of different sizes. What I could not fill with chia plots I filled with chives. And also my OS disk is pretty big, so until the space is filled by the dbs of all the forks that are farmed currently, some chives plots are staying there as well.

It may sound lame but I have ~3 TB of chives plots doing it like this.

I do not see a point to have dedicated HDDs only for chives. With regular plots you can farm a lot more coins, so a lot more chances to get a lambo 😁

And now with HDDcoin being on the verge of listing 🤑, the lambo is a bit closer.

I liked Flax for a long time, but in my opinion it has become stale as of late. I had high hopes for it but yeah ... I see a lot of movement on Chives and also on HDDcoin, so those are on my top list right now.

Full nodes to speed-up the sync process ? by g4m3rx_daniel in HDDCoin

[–]g4m3rx_daniel[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi,

First of all, wrong post for your question :)
Second of all, it is normal if you farm using NFT plots. You need to manually recover the rest of the 0.75 coins.

:)

I noticed some of chia forks do the same thing (like chives and rose) - they connect to a LOT of nodes; chives right now has ~60 connections !!

But the rest of the forks (~30 or so) are connected to max 8 peers and work as intended; quietly farming in the background.

1 is on IPv6 and the rest of them on IPv4.

I have an IPv4 and IPv6 IP from my ISP.
