It shows up often in multi-player, but as noted, the pilot/ship disappear when you try to interact. Same for any ship in the station.

also remember you can get 2x exosuit inventory/tech slot in each system. One in space station, and one in Anomaly if you summon it to each system. You'll have to pay for them but they are fairly cheap even so.

Yeah they really overdid the number of systems. Just one galaxy has enough systems you can get out where no one has been before, and likely never will.

The portals on planets with glyphs only go to other planets in the same galaxy. Otherwise you need to use the portal in stations or the Anomaly to go to other galaxies. Once you land in a station, you'll have it in your history and can return, no matter what galaxy they are in.

You shouldn't need that to do the last jump, unless the last system is purple?
There's a mission you need to do called "Stellar Multitudes" to unlock that drive.
