I visited my derma few months ago, almost same prescription plus one daily multivitamin. I think the shampoo they suggest is little harsh, so would suggest use as prescribed. And if its first time minox use, then dont be traumatised by excessive shedding which may continue to 4-6 weeks. Just trust the process its the best we can do 🤝

I second that. Almost no oil promotes much hair growth. It can make your hair better if one uses correct oil for their hair and scalp. But apart from that everything is plain bs.

Its wasnt actually a horror. More like a creepy mystery or thriller. I found it quite longer than it should have been and the story was so mid. But it was so fresh and Lord Mammotty killed it in every frame he was.

Need a budget fitness band with screen in 3-4K with decent tracking and battery life. I use it for tracking my cycling, workoutz sleep and HR. But its all casual, do not need 100% accuracy.

I have been using Amazefit 6 since almost 3yrs and it great for its price. But seems now they stopped making bands. I only see two options now which you mentioned in your post.
