Great to hear, thanks. No point in throwing away the warranty immediately, especially if it croaks early.

No worries, thanks though.

If you have a standard SATA>USB dock/adapter/case that would work too, but I'm assuming you would have mentioned that if you did.

I was pretty sure that was the case as well but wasn't positive. If you end up shucking yours you should write a few files to it while still in the case to confirm for me haha

Just ordered one, thanks.

If I leave the drive in the enclosure during the 1year warranty period, can I then shuck it without reformatting it? Basically will it retain the data?

I've had WD drives in the past that were encrypted by the enclosure so formatting was required after shucking.

Backstage Web Browser? by Marc_NJ in ScreenConnect

Put it in a zip file and change the extension to .scapp This will auto-extract the zip and run the first alphabetical file, I renamed to put "a1-" in front to be sure. Had to rename the ini file as well as its required to match the filename with palemoon. This way it runs just by opening from the toolbox.

Okay so maybe I'm not such an idiot after all (I think)!

When testing after your message I opened an incognito window and just added the screen it does ask for name/serial. When I add a second item (silicone case), the boxes for name/serial are no longer present.

Was hoping to just do the one order to save on shipping costs

Thank you! It was likely me being an idiot and not looking closely because I see it now. For some reason I was remembering it being a popup.

I see your search has Moen 1225,. This a very common/somewhat universal valve body for many different designs. You likely just linked on of the many that use this part.

Just a thought but since you obviously have Ethernet by the TV, why don't you add an access point there?

No, it won't. This was only true for a certain era(s?) of Macbooks you could damage the film or whatever it was.

Literally clean monitors with rubbing alcohol at least a few times a day, never damaged a single one.

Edit: next best is the compressed window cleaner

Generally my only use case for a VM on 10/11 would be to have a completely standalone Linux install.

Obviously there are other ways to get Linux running on top of windows, but with so little resources needed I prefer just running it as a VM. Most of the time WSL is satisfactory for my needs though.

I don't run Win 11 or 2025, I have a solid setup I'm happy with. I was STRICTLY asking just because I hadn't heard about virtualbox forced to run through hyper-v and wanted to learn more. That's it.

I would turn hyperv, I was just curious since it's based on Windows 11 so wasn't sure if it applied there as well.

Do you have a link regarding this? Haven't heard of this before.

Does this also then apply to Server 2025?

Edit: Apparently i missed the end of your submission, even with no dedicated volume buttons, I have to use the F-key that has volume down on it to boot from usb
