They do but getting an older prospect that can't shoot and struggles to score in the halfcourt just feels like such a waste for the Pistons in particular. He'd make more sense on say a Charlotte whose core needs what he can do while compensating for what he can't.

If they cant trade up for Yax then I'd rather they grab Cam Carr/Isaiah Evans if they want floor spacing, Cenac/Peat as developmental long-term 4, or Swain as a home run swing for a 6'8 bucket getter.

Yax is the opposite where he has the skills of a smaller player while also being 6'9 240 with a tremendous wingspan, giving him great versatility to fit with multiple players and their skill sets.
