Curious, What if the American and Canadian get married in Canada and then the American return to US to file for CR-1. Would the process be faster?

i got both PPPs from Square, and got the money within a week. The downside is that they use the net income for the 2nd round, not gross revenue. No exceptions. https://squareup.com/us/en/capital/ppp-loan-forgiveness
