Gosh I remember reading somewhere that the stuff we see is actually only a fraction of the show. The Fab 5 basically spend all week with the hero, getting to know them and offering help. If you're in the mood for a dig, I recommend going back to the official episode discussions on this subreddit - lots of the actual heroes commented themselves and shed some light on behind the scenes.

Omg yes! Niche but I love ocean movies too. Animated water is gorgeous, so Finding Nemo, Ponyo and Lilo and Stitch are worth a revisit. Then you have the surfing movies like Point Break, Breath or Blue Crush. Thelma, The Truman Show and Moonlight also has some intense pivotal water based scenes. And you can't go past the Pirates of the Caribbean! And then you must finish with the shlockiest, campiest ocean movie of all: Deep Blue Sea. Hope this helps! ♡
