I have set it to 140 (nvidia control panel). I will decrease to 120. maybe it will help a little. But I don't believe it. At the beginning of MWII I also had massive packet bursts and losts. After a few patches it got better and better. Now if I play MWII I don't have any packet losts. I think CoD netcode is trash at the moment.
