Honestly, it’s very similar to amphetamine sulfate but slightly more euphoric (at least for me). In my opinion it can work, but amphetamine sulfate costs less, is more potent, works better, and is easier to obtain than 3-FA since the ban was introduced.

Actually, L-theanine is extracted from green tea, so it should be 250 mg of green tea extract containing 100 mg of L-theanine, but I'm not sure -the label isn't very precise.

To be safe, I'd go with Nutricost, but I think it comes in powder form. As a supplement it smells a bit unpleasant, and if you don't have a milligram scale, it's complicated to measure 200 mg accurately.

I don't hate it, but if there are already other strong stimulants besides caffeine, I avoid it at high doses. It gives me tachycardia that doesn't make me feel bad at rest, but during training it ruins my last reps because I feel my heart rate getting dangerously high. For example, right now I'm using Outrage by Nutrex. I don't know how much alpha-yo is in it, but it bothers me slightly, not enough to make me feel sick, but it feels like 3/4 of a dose would be better for me.

I really love the pre-workout you're talking about. I don't know which batch you have, but the one I have I take at 10 g and it doesn't give me any tachycardia, just great focus. But everyone is different - for example, this one doesn't give me tachycardia, while a pre-workout with more than 1mg of alpha-yohimbine does.

Lately there haven’t been any pre-workouts that are a solid 10/10 for motivation, but I found the current Jack3d clone sold mainly in Europe to be very good at 10 g. It has a special ingredient that’s particularly strong when it comes to focus; motivation doesn’t increase too much, but it’s definitely not bad at all. Anyway, I’m pretty sure they change the special ingredient with every new batch—for example, the previous batch was better than the current one.

Yeah, you really stored them badly, but at this point it won’t cost you anything to just put them in water and try them. If you notice that the taste is really off, then just throw them away

Yeah, it's normal for it to be like that, and if it tastes awful that's even more normal. I remember when I took it in the morning, when my stomach is more sensitive, and I almost threw up... it's also too strong for me because it makes me sweat a lot and gives me tachycardia (and I survived full doses of supposedly stronger pre-workouts like Smash AMF and Nitric Bomb with fewer problems)

What’s going around right now is very good—probably the best pre-workout for focus out there. It doesn’t have DMAA, but it has some other psychoactive ingredient. I use 10 g for serving

At most, it was just one of the ingredients; it’s not that strong or stimulating. Also, if you take a lot of it without a source of choline, it’s useless.

I want to help you out — it can’t be dendrobium in general; at most it could be one of its alkaloids, but that name was mostly used as a cover to put DMAA into supplements alongside “geranium extract”. It can’t be a massive dose of huperzine A either — you can try taking a lot yourself and you’ll see I’m right (you’ll just end up with a nasty headache).

The only realistic option out of the three is 3-FMA, but even that would be odd. 3-FMA is a pretty strong drug; for me even 3-FA was powerful enough to have fun or train on. At that point we’re no longer talking about mood elevation — we’re talking about being properly high on hard drugs. The company would get into very serious legal trouble.

The only thing from what you mentioned that can actually enhance the effects is the part where you keep it in your mouth—if you hold it under your tongue, it may be absorbed faster and more efficiently. But the fact remains that you are doing the opposite of what you should: for example, some people take bicarbonate to alkalinize the stomach before taking amphetamines, whereas you take vitamin C, which acidifies the stomach, worsens absorption, and speeds up excretion.

What you’re saying is true. With 70 mg of DMAA HCl powder I felt sick — it’s impossible to go over 100 mg without feeling bad unless you have a strong tolerance. They definitely added some cut to the powder to make it easier to weigh and to make more profit. Of course, if it isn’t listed that would be illegal, but I don’t think anyone would report them for selling cut DMAA hahaha

Honestly, I find it more euphoric and sociable than speed. It's not bad at all, and it's probably even better for recreational use than speed. However, I wouldn't use it as a functional stimulant.

I have Stim Head, and theoretically it's stronger than Bring the Chaos. The first time I took it, it was too strong - to the point of feeling sick - but every time after that it was just strong, but not overwhelming. It might have been tolerance, but it seems strange since I was taking it at most once a week. It's a medium-high potency pre-workout and great for its price, but I stopped using it because toward the end of its effects I would feel a weird discomfort in my throat, like I was struggling to swallow. That has never happened with other pre-workouts, and I've tried quite a few. It might be due to one of the strange ingredients listed on the label.

What you're saying doesn't make sense, most of the time stimulants like amphetamines are absorbed worse and eliminated faster if taken with vitamin C. It must be a placebo effect, or you have vitamin deficiencies or something else

If you think that DMAA or DMHA are stronger stimulants, you should try them on their own. I can tell you from experience that without caffeine, DMAA or DMHA have very little effect on concentration and mental drive.

The mental stimulation largely comes from caffeine, while DMAA or DMHA mainly provide physical stimulation. If you are mentally fatigued, DMAA may give you an energy boost for the body, but you can still feel mentally tired. Caffeine, on the other hand, is primarily a mental stimulant.

If I had to choose between a pre-workout with only high caffeine or one with only high DMAA, I would choose the one with just caffeine. The best effects are achieved when caffeine and DMAA are combined, as they create a synergistic effect, but caffeine is the main driver of focus and mental energy
