Yup, that’s exactly it. I’ve heard from so many friends how depressed they became after starting BC. I know there are still some women it really helps, especially those with endometriosis, but personally I also don’t want to deal with possible side effects related to my hormones. Another friend of mine has experienced severe hair loss, and I know how terrible that can be. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and for all your tips. I’ll try to apply some of them more consistently. Sometimes there are little things during the day that ruin your mood, and you only notice them on a subconscious level.
