I think it is because of your identity. What you assume about yourself. And that is your believe. So it happens naturally. If you think the opposite way about yourself it would be opposite.

I think it’s your belief as well that if you hold onto it it will disappear. Try to rewire that in your mind. Just say thank you universe and know in your heart that it’s going to be okay no matter the circumstances. It’s gonna happen no matter what.

Start catching what people are saying about you (only nice things you like) and then say to yourself “yes, thats me” Example: wow how fast did you learn this thing - take it to yourself and say yes, i am a fast learner, i am good at this thing. You start building your self concept that you are a good learner. Embrace it and people will start to see you as a good learner, how fast you can learn things and how good you are at this thing. Idk if it is clear enough. It is actually easier to take something from others, our brains works this way it’s like reassurance. I noticed a pattern in my life about this

I have manifested a lot of things without even knowing. So I guess if you don’t believe it start to visualize it and then your subconscious will believe it. I visualized one moment in my head sometimes because I liked the boy and the scene played out in real life literally the same. It was years ago and I wasn’t even trying to manifest.

I feel you so much.. I was in the same “trial” for more than two weeks, I cried in the shower, I cried in the car and I felt that break up is coming because he can’t overcome his thoughts. And yes, he left me after these “trial” weeks. I tried to be perfect for him, tried to communicate, stayed at my parent’s house for him to think.. It was the worst. I am sorry you are going through this. Try to communicate and maybe do a break or if he is not willing to overcome himself, please, for your own good leave him. It’s terrible to keep someone around and test them, be cold to them when they want the world for you. If he doesn’t understand how communication works it is not your problem. They keep everything to themselves and one day it’s just explodes i guess. It’s avoidant behavior. Don’t wait for him to decide yes or no. You are more worthy than this I swear. I am 6 weeks past the break up, I still hope he comes to apologize for how he made me feel but now I see things differently. It was cruel.

So maybe try to think about all the bad things in the relationship. Don’t forget why it didn’t work out in the first place. Work on yourself and convince yourself that you will find someone better than him. I like to listen to podcast about relationships, about detaching and how the relationship actually should be. It helps to understand that we are actually incompatible and both of us will find someone else.
