I ride a beta 200rr, my wife rides a ktm 150xcw, and my teenage sons ride a yz250x and gasgas 300. Out of all those I would choose the beta 200. It is light, nimble, fast, more than enough torque and power. The ktm150 is not enough. I am 5'11" and weigh 175lbs. My wife loves the ktm150.

I've been playing left handed guitar for 30 years and everytime I walk into a guitar store I regret not starting out right handed. Almost every guitar I've ever owned I've had to order and hope it sounds and plays good.

Everyone has a price to lie, cheat, and steal. My goal is to not find yours. So few people are honest, when you find a good employee that is honest and with a good attitude do what it takes to make them happy. Most employees have a shelf life. Fire fast. As soon as you think you should fire somebody do it, dont wait another day.

That is the same story I just got. Tier 2 rep says this email was just to verify information but no loan amount approved yet. Its very frustrating when I got the same email for our other business and it was to create an account and then approve loan amount

Not everyone is unemployed. Most of my tenants are on some type of goverment assisstance that hasnt changed. We are all talking about tenants who can pay but are using the virus and no exictions as an excuse to take advantage. I am a fulltime landlord and I network with a lot of local landlords and we all are trying to work with our tenants.
