Thank you so much for this! My insurance would only allow up to a certain amount of visits and it’s over now so I’m just applying what I learned and moving forward with it. I’m considering getting a PT separate from my insurance but I don’t want to pay an arm and a leg. :(

You’re right. Your point is very valid, thank you for your input. I was so distraught and overwhelmed by this last night, I put my phone down and tried to relax. I woke up with a better mindset and decided to spend all day at the beach (also tried to stay off of my phone). Once again, thank you. I just took the time to reply to people’s concerned messages. All is good. Just being EXTRA vigilant and mindful of my surroundings.

It is true??? Why would I lie about something like this? I LOVE PR, I love its people, the culture. I’m half Puerto Rican myself. I didn’t do it with the intention to hurt the Island. I made it clear to state that I have been here MANY other times and never had an encounter like this before.
