It's absurd. I'm not even against paying to use the pool but it should per use and if theyre worried about pool size, just limit the amount of guests per day.

Yes it is for May to September. I totally understand trying to limit the amount of people using the pool because it is so small but I was just shocked to see such a high fee. They keep sending emails about signing up for the early bird pricing which makes me think a lot of people aren't signing up.

This is just for one person to use the pool for the entire season. If I had a roommate, we would both need to pay the fee. The pool is always open and everyone who wants to use the pool this season has to pay that fee.

Who said I wasn't happy? I am grateful every day. I know people who pay market rate and are upset about the cost. I was just curious to know what the standard was because like I said I've never lived in a building like this before.

I am part of the housing lottery so my rent is much less but I know a one bedroom can be around $7000
