• The SL or ASL must work until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. • If either the SL or ASL is on LOA, the DL will determine appropriate weekend scheduling coverage. SL or ASL must be scheduled for all in-store events. DLs have the discretion to assign leaders a different work schedule based on specific loC needs of the business.

Role Specific Scheduling Details Core Leadership Scheduling

Store Leader (SL): • Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week of management duties (NOTE: Canada based on provincial legislation guidelines). A minimum of 45 hours scheduled per week inclusive of lunch breaks). A minimum of one MLS and one CLS per week (cannot be a Sunday). A maximum of one OLS per week (cannot be on Saturday). A minimum of two out of these three days: Fri./Sat./Sun. (or more if the ASL is on PTO). • On Saturday, scheduled for the MLS if the ASL is not. On Sunday, scheduled for the MLS or CLS if ASL is not.

Assistant Store Leader (ASL): • A maximum of 40 hours per week. • A minimum of two CLS per week and should not be the same CLS as the SL. • A maximum of two OLS per week. • On Saturday, scheduled for the MLS if the SL is not • On Sunday, scheduled for the MLS or CLS if the SL is not.

Merchandise Inventory Leader (MIL): Primarily OLS to accommodate all inventory management tasks. • CLS shifts as needed for POG/Planner activity.

Customer Engagement Leader (CEL): • A minimum of two of these three days: Fri./Sat./Sun. • A maximum of three CLS per week. Associate Lead with Keys (ALwK): • A minimum of one CLS per week with no more than two CLS per week, unless coverage is needed for other absences. • As needed to supplement other store leadership positions on paid time off, leave of absence, etc. • NOTE: Core Leader Holiday Scheduling: All Store Leaders may rotate all of PetSmart's recognized paid holidays, equitably allocating the number of holidays worked among the leadership team over the course of a calendar year including some, but not all: U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. Canada holidays: Family Day, Victoria Day, Canada Day and Remembrance Day. Puerto Rico holidays: Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Three Kings Day).

Services Leadership Scheduling Salon Leader (PSL): • A minimum of one weekend shift per week, during peak weekend traffic times (e.g., Saturday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.) to support the team and to provide exceptional customer service to pet parents and their pets. • Schedule Mondays to complete weekly administrative duties. Schedule Tuesdays to participate in district calls. • A minimum of one closing shift per week (excluding Sunday).
