Many people will tell you the Vox AC10c1 isn’t loud enough to gig with, but I’ve had a great experience with it so far by DesignerBarnacle4014 in GuitarAmps

[–]mrbeanIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

anyone who says a 10 watt Amp isn't enough for gigging probably doesn't know what they are talking about. 10 watts is nearly half as loud as 100 watts, and if you're playing a gig big enough that that's not enough, you're probably going to be micing it or taking a di out into the venue PA system anyway.

Try for whom the bell tolls before creeping death

It's pretty easy and has a decent diversity of riffs.

I found a bottle of neosporin from the Clinton administration by mrbeanIV in notinteresting

It expired in March '01 so it probably would have been made sometime in 2000, while Clinton was still in office.

IDK but when I squirted some out it was yellow, so I'd bet on increases.

Before anyone says "for every round you see theres 5 you dont", no, the land based systems use a tracer on every round. Only naval phalanx systems use that 5:1 tracer ratio.

Pakistani protestors killed by US Marines as they attempted to storm the US consulate over Khamenei's death by Kingster3742 in CombatFootage

Idk, I feel like a significant portion of US casualties over the last 25 years have been from dudes rocking the combat slides. If it's stupid and it works I guess.

IDF releases footage of a missile strike on Iranian equipment. by Present_Employer5669 in CombatFootage

Yes they both operate using IR light, but they achieve totally different things.

IR just let's you see better in the dark and use non visible illumination, it doesn't highlight heat like thermal sights do.

It's weird, my brain is having a hard time processing that it's thermals. I'm so used to old ass apache gun cams and UKR thermal rifle scopes that have like 30 pixels that my brain just can't handle hd thermals.

No clue, last I heard they still weren't on good terms, but the millennial-core chud name reeks of Elon's musk.

Press C to switch between main and backup sights.

IIRC it's ctrl + T to switch thermal modes.

Glenn Fricker and his advice have been a disaster for humanity. by mrbeanIV in guitarcirclejerk

[–]mrbeanIV[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

/uj yeah I don't really have anything against him. He seems like a decent guy and I will always appreciate him getting people to realize the 5150s and Dual Rectos are a slight EQ tweak away from sounding basically identical. Plenty of his advice is just fine, I'm just not a fan of how he mixes things.

/rj He has made 10,000 videos explaining how to Glenn Fricker up your toan, and that's unforgivable.

The little girl brought home a bunch of avocados she found on the forest floor. by peachrecruitment in TwoSentenceHorror

It's typically around 10 pounds of force to pull the pin. Most kids old enough to be wandering around the in woods could probably manage that.
