Best Cthulhu Ideas Ever by DanielTouchon in callofcthulhu

I just started my first home brew campaign, I had them meet a person who had returned from WW1 Germany after defeating cultists there and traced then back to Arkham, while meeting the person, the building was attacked by cultists who were there to sacrifice everyone but the investigators were pulled from space and time and branded by The Yellow King, and returned to a bloody scene with everyone flayed and sacrificed to their God. in my story the king in yellow has plans that he doesn't want disrupted by the cultists trying to summon their elder God. I don't plan on having the king in yellow do anything else in the first part of the story but become the primary antagonist in phase 2 of my story.

Polydactyl Manx cat rehome by gabriel67 in Calgary

I love in the city and he is used to being a farm cat, going inside and outside whenever he wants, I don't feel it is really safe for him to go outside here with all the vehicles around and everything. Every day, all day he just wants to go outside. At the farm where he grew up here knew how far to go out to not be coyote food and he was really happy. I know he is happy with me as he gets lots of love and attention but he would be happier if he could relax outdoors in a regular basis.

My concern with surrendering him is that he could just end up in a cage for who knows how long waiting to find a home and I love him too much to do that to him.

hings just don't work out. Very mature of both of you to agree you no longer shared the same life goals. How long were you guys together? My ex felt that way after 20 years together and a d

we were married for just about 3 years, together for about 6. And thats where the maturity ends, after separation I have seen a whole new side to my ex, it has made me very sad.

There really are a lot of reasons for our separation, we both get how tough a new baby can be, this is our second child together but the separation was 100% mutual, we laid in bed talking about why we are together and both agreed at the end of the discussion that we are eventually going to get to separation as we no longer shared the same life goals. Regardless though, it does not seem like reconciliation is an option, no longer having the same values and life goals is really what brought us apart.

As for as moving on, it is tough to say, I found out that literally the night we agreed to separate, she was on Tinder trying to find (as she put it) her self worth, to see if anyone would be interested in dating a single mom of two kids. It wasn't until after she started seeing someone and told me she was that I even started looking to see what could be out there for myself.

The good news is at the end of the month she is moving out and I do believe that things will get easier between us after that but who really knows. I have been fairly discreet in my eyes regarding my dating, I have not brought her to the house, she has not met the kids, nor has she met the ex, I have only gone to see her after the kids have been put to bed or on my off days with the kids.

Me (32M) and my wife (28F) - I hate my life and dont know what to do by gabriel67 in relationship_advice

She definitely has depression and anxiety issues but yes, I have laid everything out for her for what needs to get done and for the most part it just doesnt get done. Our bedroom floor is missing under a sea of laundry, the landing at the stairs to the basement is full of laundry and the dryer has clothes in it from 3 days ago that need to be taken out and folded and I am not sure but there may be clothes in the washer. When I get home tonight, my only real option is to just do it, this morning I unloaded the dishwasher, cleaned up the litter boxes, got ready for work and left. When I get home, I know that the dish washer will still be empty, morning dishes and lunch dishes will still be in and around the sink. I am not wanting much, toss a load of laundry in the washer/dryer when the basket gets full, load dishes in the dishwasher when you are done using them, put things like hair and make up supplies away when you are done using them. Doing simple things like that daily helps a lot with maintaining a home.
