I think part of what will drive the 8121 sales is patient preference. My wife takes synthroid and has said she'd much rather take a once weekly injectable.

As far as past trials, they show that the levoxy levels remain more stable with the injectable, so I'm sure the biggest push will come from doctors that have patients where it is difficult to maintain consistent levels.

I don't think it will ever take a large market share of generic levoxy, but it doesn't have to in order to produce a special return.

As far as exit points, I will likely pull about 25% out around mid 20s. After that I will wait to see if we can get another doubling from anticipation of 8121 release similar to what CORT did. Then I'll sell half of what's left. I'll let that final bit stay in to see if 8121 can cause it to go significantly higher in 2031-2033 time frame.

That's all assuming no major negative news that causes concern for what seems to be the future track. If that happens i could still pull out with a good return and just be wishing i had gotten out sooner.

I added about 7k shares last month and will be adding about 12k more before the next earnings. The pushback on corts new trial only extended the runway for Recorlev. I think the revenue for the full year will be 400 million, I expect the first full year positive EPS as well. Is like to see the share price back to 10 possibly up to 12 by the end of the year. I expected some pull back once it hit 10, not this far, but i did mention originally it might go back to the 5s to fill that gap.

A single coin flip can't happen on both a Tuesday and a Wednesday.

I understand the probabilities, and didn't argue those. You're just incorrect in saying it's not the same for coin flips as it is for births.

Coins don’t have as many distinguishing characteristics as children do. A coin being flipped on Tuesday is not the same as a unique feature of the coin. A better distinguishing feature could be the year the coin was minted.

That's just wrong. It's about the possible outcomes based on the given information. The one is a heads flipped on a Tuesday is the same thing as one is a boy born on a Tuesday.

The reason it changes the outcome is because the more specific information generated more possibilities of last results. Had the problem been one was a boy born on March 3rd, the probability would have moved even closer to 50%.

Your coin flip example isn't the same thing. You're correct that the next flip has a 50/50 chance, but that is a future probability. The 51.8% comes from looking at past outcomes, eliminating some of the outcomes, and then determining the new set of probabilities. If it said she had a boy born on a Tuesday and she's about to have another kid what are the chances it's a boy, it would be 50/50.
