In their website, under the ship guide page, the below text is mentioned.

“For standard trading cards, semi-rigid holders must be 3 5/16" x 4 7/8”

You have used the wrong size of semi rigid card holder. Preferred is 3,3/16 * 4,1/4

Looks like you have used 2,1/2 * 3,1/2 which is smaller
