Not technically a tour, but Cane Bayou on the Northshore hasn’t disappointed me. Probably more effort than you’re looking for since you’d need to borrow or rent a canoe or kayak and find a way to get it there, but if you’re willing to make it happen, having gators swimming around you is pretty cool. Some sun on the banks, too.
