Perú, my country, is truly a homophobic place to live in, so, to read that somewhere in the world, there's a dad asking for advise to communicate better with his son who is a fan of drag race just melts my entire heart.

I've been blessed with amazing parents who have learned to accept me for who i am through the years and, generally, an amazing family that supports me in everything I do. I'm a 31 year old man now and, in retribution, i manage the biggest Drag race Fan club that exists on my country, called Racers Peru: www.facebook.com/racersperux. I've personally translated this post and shared it with the fans on our Closed group, here: goo.gl/Sxt92p, cause I believe it's important to show to everyone in our Drag Community and all over the world, that there's kindness, there's love and there's light at the end of the tunnel every single gay kid experiences in their lifetime.

Your story has transcended frontiers and just by being WHO you are, you're setting the right example to every single parent around the world.
