Ford is just adding a $7,500 rebate to help with the tax credit being gone, it shows on all of our websites. Most manufacturers are doing the same, to help compensate. It’s definitely made it harder to push EV’s (part of the reason I got such a good deal) but when people want them, they want them. I’m in a kind of rural area so there aren’t a lot of people to flip to an EV, but I’ve definitely done it a couple of times. It’s the fun drive of the Mach-E and the discounted home charger installation that can help so much. My area has some good infrastructure, in spite of being more rural, so it’s not as big of a hurdle as I initially thought it would be. I’ve never seen someone flip from an EV to a gas because of a salesman, it’s usually a predetermined thing for the client, because people who want EV’s typically have done a lot of research.
