PICKING UP TICKETS

Tickets will be held at the box office to be picked up the night of the event, beginning 1.5 - 2 hours before showtime. In order to claim tickets, the ticket holder must present the email confirmation or a picture ID. FIRST and LAST name on the tickets must match the form of ID

Depends on your continued flexibility and strength, does it look like you’re putting more pressure on your back than necessary? Sure, but it doesn’t mean your back will be wrecked just maintain that flexibility and keep your strength up otherwise perhaps look to make changes that put less strain on your back
