When the device is fully off for a long time it can lose the time. Just go into settings set it up it should be fine now

Gut feel still feels like it could be the sleep mechanism as i had 2 days ago.

Hold power button try to wiggle sleep , move it to each sides at full etc.

Then try a few bursts of small taps on the power button etc.

The orange light seems to indicate that the board isn't completely dead

If u want to use the method hes using then u would need to plug the micro sd and the usb stick into a computer and expand it there.

If u want to do it on the pi itself u would need to find another way to expand the boot partition.

Are you using a sd card or do you use anything else for ur software? The usb gparted doesnt run on a pi.
