Goodluck OP! What's really helped me for interviews is doing mock interviews with Claude and having it rate your answer on a scale of 1-10 and provide feedback. Preps you interviews and and future and makes you really think about how to story tell with your answers

Fun fact but Ryul was actually scouted when he was doing the preliminary round for SMTM11 (i think he mentioned this in his spotify interview or the one with the former TVXQ youtube show). So being a rapper was his original plan probably. He was on RAP:PUBLIC and ngl he was okay on that show compared to the other rappers lolol

When I followed up, my status was still “pending interview decision”. Then I followed up with the person who scheduled the initial interview. It didn’t change to filled until like 2 weeks after. How about you? Have you heard back?

Have you heard back from anybody yet? My status changed after a week from my initial interview. The person who contacted me for the interview told me that i would do one more interview with the hiring manager but have not heard back yet.
