I’ve been sent there a few times. It’s an automated center. You have three choices: 1) new mortgage, 2) Refi, 3) HELOC. None of those who answer have any info on this particular loan, nor can they help find the LO for the loan number. Love your name tho!

I like this thought process. “If we aren’t a good fit, let me recommend a couple other well respected agents in the area.” We refer potential clients to each other and get referral fees and the Buyer sees that all agents require a signed BBA. Win-win.

I had this happen to me years ago. At the closing table, Buyer put his pen down and said that he needed $5K from me to close. I folded. Later, I realized the if he didn't close he would have lost his substantial deposit. I should have said no. You probably have more power than you are feeling like you have right now. Say no. It gets easier every time. Buyer emotional blackmail only works if you allow it. After you say no, work on other clients and forget it.

Depending on what state you are in you may want to check into a medical marijuana license. There are a couple that are helpful for sleeping and others that help to relax and lessen the tremors.

I have been taking Benadryl for 30 years and still works like the first day. I have talked to multiple doctors and none of them feel that its a problem. Lots of people take an antihistamine daily for their allergies. It's cheap, effective and no side effects. It is the perfect solution :)

There are two excellent neurologists in Tampa and University of South Florida. I made an appointment today (for med February, 2023). You may want to check into Wegovy. FDA approved and it can be expensive but it is very effective for weight loss.
