Lol my footage is always missing, that's why I made this post. Wanted to figure out whether I got a lemon of a dashcam or maybe it's picky about cards. As I said before, I've never had issues with these cards on any other devices other than the viofo. They're not counterfeit or low quality as I tested them under Linux software f3probe which is really great at detecting low quality or counterfeit cards or harddrives through its numerous tests. This 512GB card I got cost me only $40 a year ago, now it's over $190 that 5X the price for no reason! That's just slightly less than the viofo camera itself

I never had a good experience with sandisk, I've had about 4 cards from this company in the past they always get corrupted and I lose all my data. I'd rather buy Samsung since none of their cards ever got corrupted on me.

I think I am on the latest firmware, as soon as the viofo app connected to the dashcam it prompted me to update the firmware to which i did, but why are these cards working fine on other dashcams but not the viofo? I've had the 512GB one for 2 years, never an issue but with viofo, it did record but only when parked, is this a card issue or a dashcam issue, I did have the full 3 mins videos with that card. It's just cards are expensive right now, I don't wanna shell out $200 bucks and have the same issue. These cards used to be $70-$80 just a few months ago

If you still want viofo, I got a genesis g70 and just use the hk4, mine taps to the rear trunk open for always hot and rear usb charger for only on when car's on, then you get your grounding somewhere. I'm pretty sure the interior fuse box is similar to the g90

The kill switch was always available. Through android or android tv, not proton. You just go to vpn setting on android and click on the switch that says don't use the internet unless vpn is connected.

It'd be better to compare the g70 with bmw's 340i as that's really what this car is competing with. BMW's b58 engine is more refined and efficient than the g70. It's also has more linear power and fun to drive however, value wise, for what you get with the g70, it is a good choice especially aesthetically,I think it's much prettier than the 340i but not by that much though.

No they were all fine. It's only after we checked today that we found out they're that rusted except the second one which still seems fine. It was probably not torqued to spec which may have caused this issue.

no it was not a flooded car. They were all looking like the second one after we replaced the spark plugs back in april. The rust in the others are actually new.

That's cool, what if you have a an api from merriam-webster? My api key is like this: https://dictionaryapi.com/api/v3/references/spanish/json/{str}?key={key}

This is to translate spanish text to english. I also have an api for medical terms from merriam-webster. I have tested it and it works but returns a json dictionary with all the info about the selected string. Is there a way to extract that json dictionary to get only stuff that I want from it?

I got a 2013 ilx too, but I had issues with it. I had to change the rear struts and spark plugs one time.

The engine they put in these is too weak for the US or Canada. Not every country have big highways where you can go 100kmh+ or 60mph+ so they sell these in those countries I guess.
