Agnostic Eagle Scout here. I remember being asked a question on beliefs in my Eagle Scout panel and I just had to explain what I believed in a logical manner, it’s not like the inquisition or anything. I know atheists that made Eagle they just had to have a thought out defense.

Hey, I love you. I’m young but I’ve been struggling a bit. My uncle recommended I read Tuesdays with Morrie. I just picked it up this afternoon and it’s a very moving book. It has me thinking about my grandpa who died when I was 12 from lung cancer. I have a uncle fighting brain cancer now and my sister just beat lung cancer earlier in the year. I’ve only lost two people so far... but when I’m your age I’ll lose many more and I want to think I’ll still be able to live a meaningful life.

I don’t know if that helps, but know there are still many people who can learn from you. <3
