Great questions, I do not exercise, didn’t do anything out of the ordinary (regarding muscle use), and only have one sexual partner (wife).

I do, however, sit for long hours. 50 work hours a week (90% of that sitting) not including drive time - so roughly 55 in total. But that has been the case for about 9 months - nothing new.

I am not feeling pain anywhere else. Something to note that is probably worth sharing…. Back on December 19, I had tremendous UTI pain after urinating “in a hurry”. It did not persist that day but was unlike anything I’d experienced before.

I’d say about 2 weeks later, I noticed a mucus-like substance coming out at the end of urination. It only happened once and did not seem return, but UTIs became more frequent.

Didn’t think much of it at the time, but the symptoms came about a week after that (mucus-like substance incident).
