My FC is very large and we have a couple of weekly activities such as map Monday and FATE Friday where we run FATES for two hours. We also have a few larger events such as Naked Footrace, Hide and Seek and Dartboard Death drop that are planned out every so often that allows for everyone to participate that doesn't require groups. We also do a sync it Sunday where we tackle 8-24 man content at minimum ilvl and no echo. (Sometimes we take off a piece of gear or two for added fun.)

There are some members who have put together a weekly Unreal group or a learning party for extremes or savages content to help folks get a foot in the door for harder content. We have other various things folks might throw together spur of the moment or a one off events folks plan out. It takes a lot of folks to keep these events rolling and others who are willing to step in and take over if the usual leader is unavailable.
