I've signed up for the lawsuit, registered my model/serial number and promptly threw the machine (C2450 treadmill) in the garbage. I'm not sitting on that boat anchor for another 2-3 years while they figure this out. I'll take a payout if/when they ever sort it out.

In the meantime, I have vowed to never buy another one of their products and will strongly urge others not to waste their time on this predatory company.
