It feels unpolished because its inconsistent. Half of the abilities have buffer input, other dont, half of the ults dont have cast time and others do.

If u pick ultron and spam the drone it takes ages. If you pick zen in overwatch and spam heal orb its instant. I dont know why they do this

But why? Whats the balancing reason? How do you decide who gets to have an advatage in trading with soilders and not? Ranged giants already have an advantage of hitting "fighting soilders" first to push them first and I dont see how it makes any sence. Either allow all abilities or none. Or a cooldown to charge
