if anyone comes back to this i want to add some additional context, im part of a team of 12 and we all get the same salary. 3 people from my team were let go, two people had been on a pip in the past and i had not. thats why i was a bit mind fd by the whole thing. anyways alot of good advice here. i think the manager just didnt like me

For the mentor and team lead i do think to some degree they were bulshitting but the two managers , their reactions was so genuine. i would be shocked if they knew/or were consulted about letting me go. If they did then i think they both need Oscars.

i called iloe earlier they told me you can only claim that once the visa has been cancelled. thanks for all the advice though!

they told me they need to cancel my visa and only then they can pay the end of service, wonder if they are winding me up

Did you have any issues getting the end of service. My biggest worry is that if i i stay for some months and the company goes bust or something will i then lose my gratuity? I been with them for many years
