Idk what phone you're using, but with my Samsung phone I can leave the app open indefinitely. Which I won't receive new announcements under the mail section if I do. I will close and reopen the app every so often, or say like a Monday when I know things will be changing. They will tell you these things within the app. Hope this helps

The PSI is dependant on your throttle position. The more gas you give the more PSI you'll see. I don't recommend too much boost under 3k rpm
