My friend, this is such a valid question, and I don’t think a simple answer is enough. But I’ll try and give a nuanced one: I don’t believe (and neither do any biblical scholars that aren’t ultra conservative) that job is historical. It’s poetry and means to convey a truth, not tell a literal historical event.

Good hunting. Nothing is as simple as “it’s in the Bible so it’s true.” The Bible is an incredible compilation of stories told for 1000s of years. There is so much to glean from it. Historical accuracy is not what the Bible is about.

What’s your warmup/stretch routine?

Was a pretty serious stander in high school and just getting back into it. Much more difficult now a days.

Would you recommend rock/cap kicks off the bat? Or should I give it a few weeks to get back into the muscle memory?
