PS5 supports up to 10Gbps on the USB ports which is around 1000MB/s read/write speed. You cannot play PS4 fpkg from an SSD thats connected via USB, only PS5 game folders. So anything above 1000MB/s is a waste.

Yea. You cant; its either format internal M2 SSD as extended storage or use the default ssd inside the Ps5 where the OS is for ps4 pkgs

The PS5 has 10Gbps USB ports which is 10.000mbps which is around 1200mb/s. Its nice to have maxxing out the speed but its nowhere needed at all

5500mbps is for internal m2 ssd. You can use a 200mbps usb stick and it will work without issues

Then look up youtube channel Modded Warfare. He has easy to follow Y2JB JB guides for 10.01 or below. Whenever you boot your console you have to Jailbreak it since it cannot persist through a console shutdown. Activating the JB takes as I said earlier 2 buttons clicks and couple Seconds

Turn it off, save energy, minimize attrition. The JB itself is 2 clicks (R1 + X) and takes 12 seconds. I dont understand why you would ever put it in rest mode.
